The first thing I do when I start working with a new 1-to-1 client is send them my detailed Health Questionnaire. The information they send me gives me lots of information on what is going on with them, and this forms the basis of how I put together my protocol for that client.

One of the first things I will look at is my client's stress levels – whether these are caused by foods they are eating or something they are drinking, whether they have a lot of life stresses – busy job, children, family demands, etc., poor sleep, or are there other signs of increased inflammation going on?

Stress really is a big deal! And even if you think you aren't stressed, chances are you are!!

I can guarantee you that even if you are eating a really good diet, exercising regularly, taking some good supplements, and doing all the things – if you are under elevated levels of stress, you will not get the relief from your menopause symptoms that you are looking for.
