My Story
My love for health and nutrition goes back a long way, but it was my diagnosis of endometriosis in my late 30s that provided the motivation for me to learn more and more about nutrition. I was told that getting pregnant would be very difficult for me, but after rebalancing my hormones naturally, I gave birth to my beautiful daughter and said goodbye to many of the symptoms that had been plaguing me most of my adult life.
Inspired by my results, I really wanted to help other women take back control of their hormones and their health.
I qualified with a degree in Nutritional Therapy at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition and now specialise in working with women going through perimenopause and menopause. Being in my early 50s myself, I know first-hand what a difficult time this can be for women, and I’m really passionate about helping women to experience that midlife can be their best life.
My vision is to re-brand menopause, removing the stigma and showing that it is a natural phase of life (much like puberty) that can be gone through with grace and ease if the body is in balance. My dream is that one day women will no longer fear the menopause but instead embrace it as a beautiful and well-earned stage of life.
